Now, we are looking for a new Director to take us to the next level of entrepreneurialism, ambition and commercialism, working with recently appointed CEO, to make up the senior leadership team. This is a highly visible leadership position where your drive and
determination will have a huge impact on our staff, our customers and our stakeholders.
You will provide critical strategic leadership and direction across the Council’s full range of Housing services. Our aspirations for housing in our community are high. This pivotal role will ensure that the Council’s housing aspirations are realised, through strong leadership, the
determination to succeed and a focus on driving excellence, putting the community at the heart of our service.
If you have a proven track record of strategic planning and leading teams to a high level of achievement and innovation within the context of social housing, then we would like to hear from you. You should evidence an in-depth knowledge of social housing services in a diverse and rural community, maintaining excellent housing stock and increasing resident satisfaction and engagement. We would also like to hear of your experience in positively managing service change, improving performance, in a demanding environment. All underpinned by a good understanding of local government working.
